Directions

  • Step 1

    Season to your liking by adding ingredients to vacuum sealed bag

  • Step 2

    Cook for 90 minutes @ 129.5 degrees. (2.5 hours if frozen)

  • Step 3

    After cook, remove from bag, pat dry with paper towels and let rest for 3 minutes.
