450 g Sirloin steak
Pepper and garlic seasoning ( Schwartz )
Extra black pepper.
Extra garlic paste or powder.
Worcestershire sauce
Soy sauce
Liquid smoke ( Just a little bit ).

Step 1
Mix all spices, sauces together in the small ( just to fit your stake ) and high enough container, make sure you make anogh marinade to cover bottom of the container.

Place stake into the container and marinade it in the chamber vacuum sealer x2 each side. Or over night in the fridge but in this case you have to make more marinade to completely cover the steak.

Step 3
Vacuum seal your steak and cook it at 129F for 2 hours or 1.5h or 2.5h depending on your texture taste preferences.

Step 4
Grill it on the highest heat and flame. You can use good skillet of course just add plenty of butter, turn your extractor on and open all windows. Or any other method to get the crust to your taste.

Don't be fooled that perfect stake must be hot for better taste. Stake taste best at you body temperature.
