Chicken marinated in lemon juice & beer, seasoning. Marinated by adding liquid components to a plastic bag which you vacuum together with the seasoned chicken. After sealing the bag you pop the marinating fluid bag so the chicken is drenched in marinating fluid inside the vacuum bag. Leave for 6 hours for marinating. During the marinating you can store the chicken in the fridge or add ice to the above bath in order to prevent bacterial growth.
