Ingredients for 6

  • 2 Tbsp Thyme

  • 5 Tbsp Minced Garlic

  • 5 Tbsp Minced Fermented Lemon (sub lemon essence or zest)

  • ½ tsp Cayenne Powder (optional)

  • ½ tsp Mustard Powder

  • 1 - 1 ½ Tbsp Ground Pepper

  • 1 Tbsp Salt

  • 5-6 Chicken Breasts cut in strips or cubes

  • ¼ c Olive Oil

Directions

  • Step 1

    Combine all ingredients except for the chicken. Stir well! Taste it and make any necessary adjustments. It should be well-balanced, Herby, and a little tangy/peppery.

  • Step 2

    Mix with the cubed chicken and stir until evenly distributed.

  • Step 3

    Separate into serving sizes and add to sous vide bags. **This is great for meal prepping and freezes well.**

  • Step 4

    Add to sous vide water and cook at 140*F for 2 hours.
