Ingredients for 6
2 Tbsp Thyme
5 Tbsp Minced Garlic
5 Tbsp Minced Fermented Lemon (sub lemon essence or zest)
½ tsp Cayenne Powder (optional)
½ tsp Mustard Powder
1 - 1 ½ Tbsp Ground Pepper
1 Tbsp Salt
5-6 Chicken Breasts cut in strips or cubes
¼ c Olive Oil
Directions

Step 1
Combine all ingredients except for the chicken. Stir well! Taste it and make any necessary adjustments. It should be well-balanced, Herby, and a little tangy/peppery.

Mix with the cubed chicken and stir until evenly distributed.

Separate into serving sizes and add to sous vide bags. **This is great for meal prepping and freezes well.**

Add to sous vide water and cook at 140*F for 2 hours.
