2 Large Chicken Breasts

Step 1
Set up your Anova and place your bag with the chicken breasts into the water bath, clip to the side. It does not matter what temperature the water is when you add the chicken nor does it matter if it if fresh or frozen.

Step 2
Once the cooking time has finished remove the chicken from the Anova and the bag, place the cooked chicken breasts on a wire rack to cool.

Once the chicken breast is cooled you can start to slice it or you can refrigerate over night if you choose and slice the next day. Personally I prefer to refrigerate over night then slice but it’s individual choice.

Step 4
Now to slice your cooled or chilled Chicken Breast. Place the Chicken on a wooden chopping board and cut thin slices across the grain, once sliced season very lightly with salt and you are ready to eat a beautiful tender, white and juicy chicken breast.
