Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 150.0ºF / 65.6ºC.

Season chicken with salt and pepper. Place in bag with oil. Combine 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 1/2tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp minced thyme and 1 tsp lemon zest. Sprinkle chicken with mixture.
