Bought a nice rack of pork spare Ribs for Memorial Day dinner. At BJ’s. Rinsed off , patted dry, removed the silver skin in back. Basic seasoning SPG. Vacuum packed in freezer for later use. Set up Anova 150’ bring up to temp. Allowing for defrost set timer 30 hrs. When done shock chill place in fridge for Mon. Day of dinner. 2 hrs before dinner remove ribs from fridge, let Anova come up to temp. To warm set 130’. Place in bath for about hr. Remove ribs from bag, pat dry. I like to pan sear first 4 minutes on each side then brush On Jack Daniels BBQ SAUCE. For another 3 4 minutes. Place in open foil pan set oven 400’ 15 minutes’ brush on another coat BBQ sauce. Finally change oven to broil hi, one final coat BBQ sauce directly under broiler 5 minutes . Remove and serve. Moist tender Fall off bone. This is a simple delicious recipe that you will enjoy
