Ingredients for 6
12 egg whites
4oz Neufchâtel cream cheese
1 cup cottage cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
4 til chopped roasted red pepper
4 green onions, green part only chopped fine

Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 172ºF / 77.8ºC

Mix 1st 5 ingredients in blender. Process till smooth.

Divide mixture among 12 jars.

Add 1 tsp each pepper and onions to each jar.

Stir lightly with butter knife.

Attach lids and finger tighten.

Step 7
Lower into water bath. Cook for 1 hour.

Remove and gently extract from opened jars.
