Ingredients for 6

  • 12 egg whites

  • 4oz Neufchâtel cream cheese

  • 1 cup cottage cheese

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp pepper

  • 4 til chopped roasted red pepper

  • 4 green onions, green part only chopped fine

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 172ºF / 77.8ºC

  • Step 2

    Mix 1st 5 ingredients in blender. Process till smooth.

  • Step 3

    Divide mixture among 12 jars.

  • Step 4

    Add 1 tsp each pepper and onions to each jar.

  • Step 5

    Stir lightly with butter knife.

  • Step 6

    Attach lids and finger tighten.

  • Step 7

    Lower into water bath. Cook for 1 hour.

  • Step 8

    Remove and gently extract from opened jars.

    • Broiler Or Torch

      Lightly brown tops and serve.
