Egg poached with baked mashrooms and asparagus
Ingredients for 4
4 large eggs in room temp.
4 large mashrooms hat
250g of bacon
1 large onion
500g of asparagus
125g of white mozzarella
Salt ale pepper
Clean all vegetables, cut onion and bacon into small pices. Put bacon on the pan and fry it. When bacon is golden brown add onion and make it golden brown too. Take a hat of mashrooms add some salt and pepper and fill them with bacon and onion. Put to the oven for 15min. at 180°C after 15 min. add mozzarella cheese on the top and put to the oven for 5 min.
Asparagus, broke the hard part on the end, wash it and put to boiling water, and boil it for 4 min. After this put the asparagus in to a cold water for a 30 sec.
Large eggs in the room temp. Set your devices for 13 min. at 75°C. When water is ready put eggs in to water. When eggs will be ready put them in to A cold water for a 2 min.
When You have everything ready, put on the plate asparagus, then baked mushroom and your beautiful egg poche crash directly on the mushroom for garnish add some parsley.
