  • Worchirshire Sauce

  • Butter

  • Bachans Japanese BBQ sauce or sauce of choice

Directions

  • Step 1

    Mix all ingredients in a bag

  • Step 2

    Cook for 2 hours at 165

  • Step 3

    Remove from bag. Pat dry with paper towel

  • Step 4

    Lightly season to add a crust

  • Step 5

    Throw on hot grill until skin is crispy or internal temperature of 185 degrees.

  • Step 6
