    Add oil and chicken to bag

      Sauté Leek in oil

      Add 2T flour

      Add 1/2 cup wine

    • Step 3

      Add 1 cup chicken broth

      Cook 5 minutes

      Add chopped tarragon

    • Step 6

      Add 1 t grain mustard

    • Step 7

      Remove from heat and add 1-2 T unsalted cold butter
