Directions

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 139.5ºF / 59.7ºC

  • Step 2

    Put the steak in butter in a bag and cook

  • Step 3

    Once done grill for 1 min on each side

  • Step 4

    Add the other 1 Tablespoon Chicago Steak seasoning on top. Serve
