Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 134.0ºF / 56.7ºC.

  • Step 2

    Cover with salt and pepper before bagging it in a zip lock bag or vacuum sealing

  • Step 3

    Put into your water bath ensure it stays under the water level with a weight of some sort I use a metal meat tenderiser

    • Pan Sear

      Heat up a pan use oil or butter and Sear it

    • Step 1

      Slice up and enjoy
