Don't really know if I could improve on this though I will pursue that. Googled quite a bit and decided to go for it. I honestly thought it would end up tossed in the trash. Fed 3 adults and we really enjoyed it. The pic appears a bit dry however it was perfectly moist. I was hoping for medium and I believe I nailed it according to my idea of medium. Texture was just right and very tender. It greatly reminded me of beef prime rib in its texture, tenderness, and moistness. Very pleased. As stated elsewhere, most of the tub time was @ 152 F. The next time will be at 154 F throughout. I really liked my experience with the new Anova Precision Cooker 3.0. WIFI was no issue and the app is handy to use.

  • Ribs

  • Seasoning: Morton Nature's Seasons

  • Smoke Paprika

  • Brown Sugar

  • Blackstone Pineapple Sriracha

  • Blue Hog Smoky Mtn. BBQ Sauce

  • 1 Tsp or so of liquid smoke in bag

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 154ºF / 67.8ºC

  • Step 2

    Patted dry and lightly coated top with BBQ sauce and high broiled for 10 / 12 minutes.
