  • Cayenne pepper 1 TS

  • N’Orleans Cajun 1 TBS

  • Slap ya mama 1 TBS

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 160.0ºF / 71.1ºC.

  • Step 2

    Place 16 wing pieces and desired seasoning in 1 gallon freezer zip lock bag. Then shake till evenly coated

  • Step 3

    Cook for 2hours at 160

  • Step 4

    Drain and then flash deep fry at 375 degrees for 2:00 minutes

  • Step 5

    Serve plain or with favorite dipping sauce
