3 TBS Teriyaki Sauce
3 TBS Soy Sauce
3 TBS Hoisin Sauce
1 TBS White Wine Vinegar
1 TBS Sesame Seed Oil
1/2 TSP Ground Ginger
1/3 Cup Brown Sugar (packed)
2-3 Cloves Garlic, Minced
2 Pounds Salmon
Directions

Step 1
Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 126.0ºF / 52.2ºC.

Step 2
Place all ingredients but salmon into a bowl and mix until blended

Transfer sauce into pan and warm, take care not to use excessive heat

Pour sauce onto salmon fillets in bag and seal

Cook at 126F for 40 minutes and serve
