  • 2 Medium chicken breasts

  • 3 Tablespoons of lime juice

  • 1/2 a packet of taco seasoning

Directions

  • Step 1

    Marinate overnight in taco seasoning & lime juice.

  • Step 2

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 148.0ºF / 64.4ºC.

  • Step 3

    Cook for 3.5 hours

  • Step 4

    Remove from Sous Vide bag and shred.

    • Step 0

      Serve over chips for nachos or in a tortilla for tacos, burritos or quesadillas!
