Directions

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 135.0ºF / 57.2ºC.

  • Step 2

    Apply light salt, pepper, thyme and garlic in air-tight ziplock bag.

    • Step 0

      Dry thoroughly with paper towel. Then apply more course salt and pepper.

    • Step 1

      Place on hot cast iron skillet with 5 TBS canola oil and add butter. 30 seconds each face side. Then 10 seconds on each edge.
