Ingredients for 1

  • Rosemary oil

  • Salt

  • Pepper

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 53.9ºC / 129.0ºF

  • Step 2

    Marinate the meat in rosemary oil, salt and pepper

  • Step 3

    Place the meat carefully in the vacuum bag and seal it

  • Step 4

    Place meat in the preheated sous vide bath for 3hrs @ the defined temperature

  • Step 5

    After the sous vide process has been finalized: Take the meat out of the vacuum bag and dry it carefully using kitchen tissues.

  • Step 6

    Fire up sizzle zone and wait for 1-2 minutes until target temp has been reached (approximately 850 degrees)

  • Step 7

    Put meat on sizzle zone for approximately 20-30 seconds from each side
