Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 135.0ºF / 57.2ºC.

  • Step 2

    Pat dry store bought corned beef brisket.

  • Step 3

    Add seasoning on fatty layer of brisket.

  • Step 4

    Submerge for 48 hours at 135 degrees in food saver or ziploc bag.

      Add a layer of brown sugar. Broil all sides till browned

      Optional is to smoke corned beef brisket to make pastrami. Smoke at 250 degrees till desired.
