Broccolini, blanched and grilled
Crabmeat
Panko Breadcrumbs w/lime zest
Pickled jalapeño broth
Directions

Step 1
Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 140.0ºF / 60.0ºC.

Put egg into water bath and set timer to 60 minutes.

Warm chicken stock and add pickled jalapeño juice from canned jalapeños.

Toast panko breadcrumbs with butter and add fresh lime zest and salt.

Step 5
Blanch broccolini and grill or broil until charred. Top with fresh crab meat.

Once egg is finished, warm broccolini/crabmeat mix under a broiler. Once hot, place into bowl. Add egg, jalapeño broth and top with breadcrumbs.
