Ingredients for 4
3 Sirloin steaks
Butter
Peanut oil
Directions

Step 1
Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 135.0ºF / 57.2ºC.

Step 2
Season steak with salt & pepper. Submerge in ziploc, ensure bag is air tight

Step 3
After 2 hours put cast iron grill pan on medium high heat

Step 4
Remove steaks from bag and set on a plate

Grill On Stovetop

Step 0
Test grill pan by dropping water droplets - should evaporate immediately. Brush a tiny bit of oil onto grill pan.

Step 1
Put steaks into pan - they will sizzle and steam a lot!

Step 2
Turn every 30 seconds or so to get great grill marks on both sides. Should be well seared on both sides within 2 minutes.

Can brush with melted butter
