Baby backs (2 Racks)
Store bought rub (McCormick) Grill Mates “Brown Sugar Bourbon Rub
Liquid Smoke
Directions

Step 1
Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 165.0ºF / 73.9ºC.

Step 2
Remove Silver Skin with knife

Step 3
Pat ribs dry with paper towel

Step 4
Generously coat ribs with rub, salt and pepper

Step 5
Add 5 to 7 drops of liquid smoke to each vacuum seal bag

Step 6
Place in vacuum seal bag

Step 7
Place ribs in Anova cooker for 12 hours

Grill (gas)

Step 0
After 12 hours remove ribs pat dry with paper towel and generously coat ribs with your favorite BBQ sauce.. place ribs on a pre heated 350 degree grill for 15 to 20 mins each side. (charcoal or gas)
