Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 165.0ºF / 73.9ºC.

  • Step 2

    Rub ribs with favorite rub and vacuSeal and drop in Sous vide

    • Broil

    • Step 0

      Paint with sauce & broil for 10 minutes. Paint again, broil for 5 more minutes.
