Ribeye cap steaks
Steak seasoning
Olive oil
Butter
Black truffle oil
Directions

Step 1
Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 142.0ºF / 61.1ºC.

Rub steaks with 1 TBS black truffle oil

Season with steak seasoning

Step 4
Vacuum seal or place steaks in ziplock bag, remove as much air as possible

Step 5
Cool in bath for 90 minutes at 142 for medium steaks

Stovetop Cast Iron Skillet

Heat iron skillet and olive oil on medium high

Add butter

Step 2
Add steaks and sear 60-90 seconds per side, basting with the hot butter with spoon
