Rib Eye Steak 3/4” Medium Well
Ingredients for 2
1 lb. Rib Eye Steak
Crushed garlic, 1 per piece
Salt and pepper
Melted butter, 1 T per piece
Put half the rosemary, butter, and garlic on the pieces of meat. Sprinkle with salt pepper.
Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 134.0ºF / 56.7ºC.
Put the pieces for 2 minutes each side on the grill.
Melt the butter with the remaining rosemary (crushed), garlic, and salt. Put as sauce after grill.
