Directions

  • Step 1

    Rub butt and vacuum seal in bag.

  • Step 2

    Cook in sous vide at 165 for 24 hours.

  • Step 3

    Put on smoker at 300 degrees with heavy smoke until internal temp gets to 200 degrees.
