  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 160.0ºF / 71.1ºC.
  2. Place 16 wing pieces and desired seasoning in 1 gallon freezer zip lock bag. Then shake till evenly coated
  3. Cook for 2hours at 160
  4. Drain and then flash deep fry at 375 degrees for 2:00 minutes
  5. Serve plain or with favorite dipping sauce
