- Tony’s Creole 1 TBS
- Cayenne pepper 1 TS
- N’Orleans Cajun 1 TBS
- Slap ya mama 1 TBS
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 160.0ºF / 71.1ºC.
- Place 16 wing pieces and desired seasoning in 1 gallon freezer zip lock bag. Then shake till evenly coated
- Cook for 2hours at 160
- Drain and then flash deep fry at 375 degrees for 2:00 minutes
- Serve plain or with favorite dipping sauce
