Wild Turkey Breast Tikka Masala

This recipe is the most amazing tasting turkey even if you don’t add the Tikka Masala sauce! You won’t be disappointed.

  1. Salt the turkey breast. Add 2 TBSP butter and two sprigs of Rosemary to turkey breast. Seal in bag. Sous Vide for 3 hours at 145°
  2. Pour liquid from bag into bowl. Put on smoker on the lowest setting for 1 hour. Use liquid in bowl to baste turkey every 15 minutes.
  3. Pull off smoker and let sit for 5 minutes before cutting into bite size pieces.
  4. Add 1.5# of turkey to pan on stove top and add tikka Masala sauce to pan. Simmer for 10 or so minutes until heated throughout.

Finishing Steps

  1. Serve with Basmati Rice and Pita Bread
