Wild Turkey Breast Tikka Masala
This recipe is the most amazing tasting turkey even if you don’t add the Tikka Masala sauce! You won’t be disappointed.

Ingredients
- Butter
- Salt
- Fresh Rosemary
- Tikka Masala Sauce
Directions
- Salt the turkey breast. Add 2 TBSP butter and two sprigs of Rosemary to turkey breast. Seal in bag. Sous Vide for 3 hours at 145°
- Pour liquid from bag into bowl. Put on smoker on the lowest setting for 1 hour. Use liquid in bowl to baste turkey every 15 minutes.
- Pull off smoker and let sit for 5 minutes before cutting into bite size pieces.
- Add 1.5# of turkey to pan on stove top and add tikka Masala sauce to pan. Simmer for 10 or so minutes until heated throughout.
Finishing Steps
- Serve with Basmati Rice and Pita Bread
