  1. Generously salt and pepper the chops, add other ingredient and seal. Refridgerate overnight if you can.
  2. Place sealed bag into sous vide once up to temp
  3. Prepare other accompaniment vegetables etc. we generally go with potato wedges and slaw
  4. Once 1hr is over, grill over hot coals for 3 mins each side (or once a good crust has formed)
  5. Rest for 7 mins
