Ingredients

• Whole chicken
• 2 tablespoons of walkerswood mild jerk seasoning
• 1 teaspoon of salt
• 1 teaspoon of black pepper

Directions

1. First spatchcock the the chicken . Vacum seal chicken with all the seasoning mentioned and put in the refrigerator for at least 1hr.
2. Set Anova to 165° for 2.5 hours and put bag in once the temperature reaches 165

Finishing Steps

1. Set broiler to 450 and place chicken skin side up in broiler and broiler until brown about 12 minutes
