- I covered the Tenderloin with sea salt an pepper and rubbed in.
- Doubled sealed the bag.
- Cooked for 5 hrs at 134 degrees.
- Once done, removed and patted down to remove as much liquid as I could.
- Sliced to the thickness I wanted.
- Put in vacuum bags with the type of meat/temperature and time on the bag to remind me what I had cooked it at. I will sear in a hot pan for about 1 minute on each side before I eat.
