  1. I covered the Tenderloin with sea salt an pepper and rubbed in.
  2. Doubled sealed the bag.
  3. Cooked for 5 hrs at 134 degrees.
  4. Once done, removed and patted down to remove as much liquid as I could.
  5. Sliced to the thickness I wanted.
  6. Put in vacuum bags with the type of meat/temperature and time on the bag to remind me what I had cooked it at. I will sear in a hot pan for about 1 minute on each side before I eat.
