Ingredients
- 500g peeled white asparagus (for 2 persons)
- 2 sclices lemon zest
- 2 table spoons butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Directions
- Line up the asparagus in a vacuum bag and add the other ingredients.
- Put the vacuum bag in the pre-heated water and cook for 30 minutes.
