White Asparagus Sous Vide

Ingredients

• 500g peeled white asparagus (for 2 persons)
• 2 sclices lemon zest
• 2 table spoons butter
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon sugar

Directions

1. Line up the asparagus in a vacuum bag and add the other ingredients.
2. Put the vacuum bag in the pre-heated water and cook for 30 minutes.
