- Boneless skinless chicken breast cutlets
- Rosemary and/or thyme (optional)
Directions
- Bag and go.
Note: do not use Wegmans’ packaging. Although somewhat vacuum sealed, it’s not tight enough and the back-side will not conduct heat as well as the front-side resulting in potentially undercooked chicken.
Finishing Steps
- If planning to plate the chicken: need to sear it.
Sear on lightly oiled, super hot bbq grill 1 to 2 minutes each side, rotating 45° once on each side to get the crisscross effect.
Do not try to pan sear. Without skin it doesn’t work
