- Wagyu Beef Prime Chuck - 3lbs
Directions
- Determine “how done” rare to well preferred.
- Select Meat.
- Blend herbs/olive oil
- Add blended herbs to meat
- Cut into 1.75” portions
- Vacuum seal individual pieces and hang in sous vide
- Cook 140 for 2 Hr. for medium
- Remove and seat directly in cast iron stove top

- Sear in pan 45 sec. each side
