Ingredients

Directions

  1. Make vanilla simple syrup 1/2 cup simple syrup with 3/4 tsp of vanilla extract
  2. Heat water to 130degrees
  3. Pour 22oz of Saranac Rye in a mason jar
  4. After the simple syrup cools for 4 mins add it to the rye
  5. Add 1.5 eye droppers full of orange bitters (you can also use cherry bitters)
  6. Add 3 drops of chocolate bitters (chocolate bitters are very strong so this to your preference)
  7. Take rind from one orange add it to the mason jar
  8. Add 4-5 luxardo cherries to the jar and 1tsp of syrup.
  9. Seal the jar and cook

Finishing Steps

  1. Rim the glass with white chocolate, and pour over 1 large ice cube. Use some of the orange rind and 1 cherry from the mason jar.
