BBQ Ribs - Van Roehling - OMGarlic & Sizzling Oak Rub
This is pork ribs preseasoned and the sous vide to perfection. I used a mix of BBQ sauces at the end for a semi sweet and spicy alternative.

Ingredients
- Rack of St. Louis Ribs
- Van Roehling's Sizzling Oak Rub
- Van Roehling's OMGarlic seasoning
- Desired BBQ sauce
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 150.0ºF / 65.6ºC.
- Season the ribs liberally with your seasoning of choice, but I recommend Van Roehlings with the smoke additive to bypass a smoker.
- Seal your ribs, I split them in half to the size of my immersion tank.
- Place into the bath for 16-18hrs and be sure to cover to prevent loss from evaporation.
- Pull them out, pat dry and coat with desired BBQ sauce. I mixed two different types I like and added 1/8 Cup of the juices. Throw them bad boys under the broiler for 5-10min per side. ENJOY!! They're amazingly tender...

- Added this in the directions, but set the oven to BROIL and do 5-10min each side with desired BBQ sauce. Delicious!!
