- 320 grams of Lamb loin (back side of lamb)
- Austrian mustard (Lustenauer senf)
- Salt and Pepper
- Worcestershire Sauce
- Dry Rosemary
- Olive oil
Directions
- Spread olive oil, worcestershire sauce and mustard than season it with salt and pepper.
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 135.0ºF / 57.20000076293945ºC.
- Cook exactly 2,5 hours.
