Ingredients
- Turkey breast
- Mustard
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Mint oil
- Smoked paprika
- Mushrooms
- Butter
- Kimchi juice
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 138.2ºF / 59.0ºC.
- Flatten the breast, spread the ingredients all over the surface, roll the breast to ham-shaped piece. Put it in the plastic bag and press down a bit so the shape holds. Remove the air in the bag.
- Cook for 12h
Whatever You Like
- I cut the ham to thin pieces and served on a piece of rye bread with seeds, scrambled eggs and broccoli sprouts on the top
- Pour over juices from the ham as the final touch
