  1. Lightly season both breasts with poultry seasoning and pepper. Place breasts in vac seal bag, add duck fat and vac seal Add to heated water bath and cook for 3 hours. Remove water bath pat dry and broil for 4-8 minutes, until golden brown. Allow to rest for 5 minutes, slice and enjoy.
