My background is both Technical and Sales, but my hobby is creating great food. My wife and I live in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Georgia. Ingredients
- 2 1lb boneless Turkey breasts with skin on
- 6 lemon slices
- Poultry seasoning
- Ground black pepper
- 3 T duck fat
Directions
- Lightly season both breasts with poultry seasoning and pepper.
Place breasts in vac seal bag, add duck fat and vac seal
Add to heated water bath and cook for 3 hours.
Remove water bath pat dry and broil for 4-8 minutes, until golden brown.
Allow to rest for 5 minutes, slice and enjoy.
