  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 145.0ºF / 62.8ºC.
  2. Mix spices and key into Make a paste with spices, ghee and shallots . Rub on the turkey breast. Put sliced lemon on top and seal in bag.
  3. After three hours, remove from the water bath and check the internal temperature. Finish off under the broiler to crisp up the skin or in an oven at 350 if you need to have more time to reach the proper internal temperature of 145°.
