Ingredients
- 7lb turkey breast
- Salted butter
- Bacon
Directions
- Using a 7lb turkey breast, place lots of butter under the skin, wrap it in bacon and butcher tie it together.
Place in a vacuum bag and submerge when your Anova reaches temp.
Finishing Steps
- Turn your oven on as hot as it goes.
When the Turkey had finished remove from the vacuum bag and place in an oven dish.
Pat down and remove as much moisture as you can.
Place in the oven when it’s at full temp and cook for 10-15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and wrap in foil and let rest for 15-20min.
Cut and enjoy.
