- Truffle zest
- Garlic powder
- Flake salt
- Course black pepper
- Country pork ribs
Directions
- Prep meat
- Put 1tsp garlic powder
Put 1tsp truffle zest
Heavy on the salt
Heavy on the pepper
Combine into a bag with 1/4 cup truffle oil
And meat
- Start you sous vide 30 min before cooking
Finishing Steps
- Pan sear with olive oil (just enogh to coat the pan) cook sides and enjoy
