Ingredients
- Salt
- Pepper
- Mushroom gravy
- Cooking sherry or other wine
Directions
- Season roast generously with salt and pepper and vacuum seal
- Set Anova to 128.5° for 8 hours 30 minutes
Finishing Steps
- Remove roast from bag, reserving juice
- Dry with paper towels and season in roast seasoning
- Sear in butter on all sides for 45 to 60 seconds
- Remove roast from pan and add reserved juices to the seasoned butter
- In a separate pot, prepare Lawry’s mushroom gravy
- Add juice/butter mixture to mushroom gravy; add 2 to 3 tablespoons of cooking sherry or other wine. Serve gravy with meat and Yorkshire pudding.
