- Garlic
- Rosemary
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- Crush the garlic and Rosemary, add salt pepper and oil
Rub all over meat and seal in a bag
Let rest and marinate until ready to cook
Sous vide for 3 hours then remove and pat dry
Sear in a hot pan on both sides until desired color
