Tri tip roast with mild spices

Ingredients
- 3-4lb tri tip
- Lowry’s Chile Garlic Salt
- Pepper
- Paprika
- Red Pepper Flakes
- Peppercorn Medley
- 4 sprigs Rosemary
- 1/2 - 1 tbsp butter
- Olive oil
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 130ºF / 54.4ºC
- Cut off hard pieces of fat on tri tip roast
- Dry tri tip with a paper towel, then add spices generously
- Add tri tip to vacuum seal bag
- Put 1/4-1/2 square of butter and 1 sprig rosemary on both sides of roast.
- Cook in sous vide 6 hours at 130 degrees.
Broil
- Take roast out of vacuum seal bag and pat dry with paper towel
- Brush tri tip with olive oil
- Broil 3-5 minutes per side or until browned
