Ingredients
- 3.5 lb Tri-Tip
- Salt
- Peper
- Garlic
- Olive Oil
Directions
- Rinse steak, pat dry. Rub with a coating of olive oil, season generously, get it in a ziplock bag, get that air out and cook sous vide as statered.
After sous vide, sear as desired and sprinkle on some finishing salt. Rest 10-mins, slice thing against grain and enjoy!
