  1. Season the trip tip with salt and pepper and place in the bag
  2. Crush the garlic cloves with the flat side of the knife and place on the bag
  3. Add soy sauce and seal

Finishing Steps

  1. Remove from the bag and pat dry
  2. Spread a thin layer of mayo over the trip tip while you hest the skillet
  3. Sear on each side for 40-80 seconds depending on your preference
