Ingredients
- Tri tip, any size
- Montreal steak seasoning
Directions
- GENEROUS amounts of Montreal seasoning, rub in.
- Optional: sear on the bbq at highest heat, this just adds crispness to the bite.
- Seal in vac bag. You can use the submerge in a zip lock, but a vac prep makes the meat absorb the seasoning.
- Either cook right away or freeze for another day. I buy the dual pack from Costco so I always freeze one.
No need to adjust cook time for fresh or frozen. It’s thaws quickly in the water..
- Cook, you don’t have to use the full 24hrs, but you can also let it cook for 48hr if your meal plans change!
