Ingredients
- 1 cup 7up soda
- 1 cup soy sauce of your choosing
- 1/2 Tablespoon coarse sea salt
- 1/2 Tablespoon ground pepper
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 2 cups brown sugar
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 130.0ºF / 54.4ºC.
- Try and marinate for 24 hours before cooking
- Pull straight out of bag and throw on the grill, 5 mins each side giving it a nice char
